How do you get the fabric to mold to the hat? That what it seems like in some of your pictures, that you have fabric over the felt, not just the felt itself. It's cute. I like the fear ones.

Nope, no fabric just felt with lace and ribbon. I like to use the "stiff" felt because it comes in so many colors and patterns that it eliminates the need to cover with fabric. but i have been wanting to do a covered hat for some time and I think I might bust my stash on some new hats soon. So keep checking back.

Very cute!  I think I will have to join the "I'm stealin' this" crowd.   Wink  We have family reading night at my dd's school and it's always on Dr. Seuss's birthday - so of course the thing is always a hat based on a Dr. Seuss book.  Just think of the possibilities....  I can't wait to start on this!!   Smiley
