I promised my best friend who is due with her first baby in two weeks *woot* to paint something for the nursery. Her general theme is Winnie the Pooh, so without further ado, I present you:

Eeyore

...and Winnie

They are done in Acrylics on 8x8inch canvas board, and I have been painting all day today to finish them. I am rather pleased with Eeyore, but Winnie... I dunno. What do you guys think?

Enjoy!

Oh man.  Eeyore was always my favorite character.  I love it!

Pooh isn't a carbon copy, but I think he's got a lot of character, and I really like that one, too!

I think they both look great! Seeing all the wonderful paintings on here makes me want to learn to paint. Congrats to your friend, I'll keep her in my thoughts for a good and easy labor!

Thanks so much for the nice words! I already gave them to my best friend, and she loved them and hung them right up on the wall in her nursery  Grin !
