I am glad to see that there are a handful of people interested.

I would prefer to have this swap run signups around the beginning/middle of November with sendouts first week of December. Since this is USA only, we should all have our baked goodies arrive in a reasonable amount of time. Smiley

anyone else have any thoughts on time frames?

do you want to have the option to have multiple partners?

any thoughts on how many "dozens/sets" of baked goodies to send out to your partner(s)?

Timeframe sounds good to me  Cheesy

I've sworn off swapping except for this one and the "my country doesn't have that" LOL.

It would be nice to have the option for multiple partners, but not necessarily a requirement. It really depends on the number of dozens.

One or two dozen per partner would be great. Then we could have two or three partners (each getting something different, of course) and not be totally crazed.

Does the dozen in question have to be all of the same cookie?

I'm super excited at the idea of this swap Smiley

ummm, well, the cookie swaps that I am used to are the kind where you bake multiple dozens of the same cookie, I think this would be the easiest way to go if you had multiple partners. BUT it is totally up to you and your partner(s).

Okay, so... every year I cook tons of cookies and very old-fashioned Christmas candies and have bunches left over, but I do them as part of my Christmas packages for family and friends. So I wouldn't be making them until a week or two into December. So would there be any way that you could extend the send out date to closer to Christmas?? I don't even know if I can join for sure (Busy Time of Year!!), but I would like to!  Smiley

i think we should do 3 different batches (however many dozen are in your batch) and send to one person.

i know EXACTLY what i want to make

I want in this swap!!!!!  I think cookies, fudge, candies would be great!  The only problem I can see is with fudge, its easy to say make a dozen cookies or so, but with fudge should we say weight or pieces?  I have this killer fudge recipe and I make it every year, so that would be one of the things I am sending out!
