Chartreuse is the new neutral Wet felted Hat

Winter is coming to northern Minnesota, guess who is making hats again.  Gotta keep the ears warm.  Needle felted first then wet felted - just like in the tutorial in D&Q

How do you find the texture of your hat after wet felting Grace? I love it. You know i do.. lol. Especially the colour and detail.

Lexis, Texture is smoother and thiner as a rule, less fuzzy.  It depends on how one wants the hat to perform.  I like totally needle felted for a softer fluffier feel - though a bit more fragile, IMHO.  The wet felted is great for a more defined shape and firmer smoother finish - though still crushable and soft.
