Aki-Majo ~ These were made with shrink plastic or Shrinky Dinks. Basically just thin sheets of plastic that you draw on then heat in an oven until they have shrunk to about half their original size. I buy my shrink plastic on ebay usually but you can also get it in craft stores or craft websites. To get bright colors I use Prismacolor brand pencils because they have really soft leads. You can pm me if you would like more detailed help, and there is also a ton of info on Craftster about shrink plastic. Have fun!
