I love your idea! I thought about doing this to my Connect Four set once(not as a calendar, just pics) but I didn't know where to start.

Was the frame to your set originally black or did you paint it? What kind of paint did you use?

It was the traditional, blue and yellow.  I actually painted it with black spray paint - matte finish I believe.

This is great!  Because I am a hoarder I always buy used games.  When I got to 3 connect fours I thought to myself, what can I do with these.  Should I really keep buying them.  And now you have given me a reason.  Thanks for the the idea.  you are awesome.
