I'm hoping someone wants to make an interesting stocking.  Last year I saw some fab ones - I think somewhere there was a high heeled boot.  I'd love a victorian lady's boot. *sigh*

I have a pattern for one like that.  I've also got a rollerblade, a ballet slipper, a cowboy boot, a few crazy quilt ones, and tons of rather plain patterns.

I also saw a knitted one in the Holiday Gifts Interweave Knits issue today that I wanted to make so badly, but I've never done colorwork.  *sniff*

I have a stocking my godmother made for me when I was born-its a red shoe with a white stocking.   I was thinking of trying to make one so if my partner is interested...lol

Briana - eQuilter (equilter.com) is a great place to shop for fabrics, especially if you're looking for fun themed prints.  They have a large selection and I've almost always found what I'm looking for from there.  Hancocks of Paducah (hancocks-paducah.com) is also another great resource.  Fabric.com also has some cotton prints and are more reasonable in pricing than the other two, but they have a much more limited selection.
