The cannibal pumpkin idea is fantastic. I may have to steal this idea for my own pumpkin this year. It would be the envy of the whole neighborhood.

Do you remember what the book was called? I have seen a lot of these online this year- some much cooler than mine, but I didn't know it was like... published anywhere! I actually got the idea by google-image-ing "pumpkin carving" which not onlu led me to a picture of this pumpkin but to really awesome pictures pf Keene, New Hampshire's pumpkin fest. It was really cool. If you remember the name of the book, please PM me, I'd love to have a copy!!

Thanks annemarie for pm-ing me the title!

Everybody, the book "Extreme Pumpkins" by Tom Nardone has another version of the cannibal pumpkin in it for your viewing and carving enjoyment...

Meanwhile... How did my punkin make it onto the occasions and holidays board when I posted it (stupidly) in misc. topics? (I came across it while looking up wedding stuff. When oh when will my boyfriend propose?!?!)

*shrug* Oh well!
