oh look theres an ordinary bottle of vanilla absolut sitting on a pile of coasters

but when the lights go out it transforms......



This is probably the bestest way ever to make pretty bottles into lamps it doesnt involve any scary glass drilling, or electrical wiring, soldering or anything ... just glue, scissors, cardboard coasters, dot light (little led thingy you can get from supermarkets) and a pretty bottle

Trés cool! I've just discovered Absolut Vanilia and it's so yum! What a fantastic way to recycle the cool bottles it comes in!

I really love this idea. I first saw it while subbing at an elementary school and i had some free time. but the computer system here blocked the tute site, listing it as terrorist/militant/extremist.

i would have never thoguht of this! i have a couple of empty absolut bottles laying around and as soon as i learn how those led thingies are called here, i'll make mi own version
