HA... I had to laugh, after I was done writing a reply about the Maori, I read the BBC News, (I refuse to read anything here from the USA) and there was an article about the Maori... How odd!  Here's the link if anyone is interested... http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/asia-pacific/7021444.stm

And I pissed myself reading that article.  Especially this bit:
Quote
Some Maori migrants moved away to escape drugs, gangs, domestic violence and racism from the white population. There are also tensions within their own communities.

Escape racism by moving to Australia, priceless.

Human rights are for EVERYONE.  Did you know that Aung San Suu Kyi had been released from house arrest in Burma? Many other prisoners of conscience are still being detained.  Please research this topic... Amnesty International needs your help.

I'm really bummed out that I didn't calculate my time spent on this one... I'm doing another piece of a gypsy girl with a sugar skull face to kind of complement this one, I've only put in a couple of hours, and I've got a lot more to go... I always tell people that I'm one of THE MOST laid-back-easy-to-get-along-with-calmest-person-I- know, HA... I guess it shows in my work!  =)  Thank you so much!

That's a wonderful piece of stitching you've got there.  I'm super impressed!

I'd love to check out the artist's page.  I'm already a member of Inkednation.
