Soooo last week I reconstructed an Alice shirt, this week I made this dress from scratch, using Alice in Wonderland cards fabric, black jersey for the side panels and black ruffled elastic. It has princess seams, a gathered chest, a red bow "belt" and a back zipper. And I love it   Cheesy

My inner nerd is so excited! hehe.
I made this mini skirt from scratch ; I gave it 2 front pockets.
Go Marioooo!

I love how this one turned out!
I made this babydoll tunic top / mini dress out of blue w/ red robots knit and red jersey for the bow and for the Peter Pan collar.
I added 3 matching buttons.

Look at me, I'm on TV, it makes up for the shortcomings of being poor. Now I'm in a million pieces picked up for deliberation by the people listening at home, by the people watching on the telly...

More fantastic and clever work vivifromage!  I'm always impressed with your posts... so creative and well-fitting.  Are you willing to share information about the Alice fabric?

I am impressed with your sewing skills...I have seen you put so much detail on your items: pockets, collars, binding, rusching, etc.  Are you self-trained or formally trained? No offense, but you look very young to have mastered so many details!   Cheesy

My guess is that you are pretty fearless and try it all! Wonderful!

Just curious...  Grin
