My friend just had a baby and I decided to make two little outfits.. well, one is a onesie, and one is t shirt and shorts.  The onesie looks like a good size for a newborn, but the t shirt and shorts??  thats for a much larger baby.. I dont know what the designer of this pattern was thinking when they labeled it newborn....

And just because I'm posting, a new skirt and pair of pants.. sorry for the crappy photos!!  Both easy to make, I started out with a pattern for the shape and fit, then designed some funny pockets to stick on..

The baby clothes are welll done and i <3 <3 <3 the skirt. The pants are very nice as well. I really like the curvy seams in them.

Look at me, I'm on TV, it makes up for the shortcomings of being poor. Now I'm in a million pieces picked up for deliberation by the people listening at home, by the people watching on the telly...

The skirt is awesome - my favourite colours!

I like the shape of it - can I ask what pattern you used?

Thanks for all the commments!  Yes, I like the skirt alot too, but it's very stiff where the pocket and green line are because I used denim--but I still like it.  The pattern is New Look 6809, but it's pretty old.  And I had to adjust the hell out if it at first.  The only part of the pattern I still use is the pleat, or slit part.  The rest I had to modify to fit.  And yes, the baby outfit looks like it would be good for a 3 mo. old.. but byy the time he is 3 mo. old, it will be too cold to wear!!

the baby clothes are cute..i love the onsie and dont worry about it being to cold they could be PJs or just something to wear around the house where it is warm instead of having him all bunched up and cant move lol.
