Cute!
You can sew a loop into the top of it with either wire or thread.
Here are some examples of how Jaye and myself have used both wire and thread

I was really thingking  you could  attach a  brooch thingy to the  back of it and pin it to whatever.  you could glue it on or  felt a small strip and feed it thru adn then felt teh strip (securing the brooch thingy in place)
