If you plan on working more with vinyl I'd suggest investing in a teflon foot for your machine.  I couldn't live without mine.  The vinyl will slide like silk with a teflon foot Wink

Thanks for the tip on the teflon sewing machine foot.  I am interested in working on PVC myself but have heard nightmare stories of people using an ordinary foot for this fabric.  Just checked out a couple on eBay (hope that was okay to say - apologies if not) and will enquire about them for my sewing machine make.

If you can't find a teflon foot, I use Sewer's Aid, it comes in a little bottle and you can get it at JoAnn's. It works great!  Wink
