I currently live in Korea and a very common food is "KIM BOP"  (bop is the word for rice) it's like a veggie version of sushi.  Sea weed wrap on the outside and the inside has a layer of rice, carrots, cucumber and a few other veggies and sometimes even some cooked egg.  It is served sliced- but, I wanted to keep it whole so the cat would be able to play with it.   I sewed it all together so it wouldn't come apart in kitty attack play.

I made it for a nice elderly lady that I know in the states- to give to the stray that she has adopted.  She calls him:  TROUBLE

I don't have a cat- so, I had to use a 'stand in' cat.

Here are the parts...

Thanks.. I'll mail it off to them this week.

It would also be easy to convert into SUSHI too..   if someone wanted that instead.  Cheesy

mmmmmmm yummy.  Great job.  Now I want some kim bop--my mom makes it with marinated spinach, bulgogi, pickled daikon, and egg.  Some times she subsitutes the bulgogi with fish cakes (that's my favorite!!!)
