Thanks for posting the pattern. These are the best looking patterns for the Tranformer Icons that I've seen online, and believe me I've been looking. I'm thinking of making an illusion knitting scarf with the Autobot logo at one end and the Decepticon logo at the other. Now I'm just trying to decide what colours would suit it best. If I get something made, I'll post it. Wink

OOO!  Great idea!  I've always wanted to try illusion knitting, maybe i'll have to try that too...

so... i showed this to the boy who lovingly told me to get crackin on one for him. i did a bit of alteration though, eliminating the decepticon logo (he didnt want it) and using bigger needles. im about half way through the first "side" and ill get some pics up as i get further along.

Wow! I haven't managed to teach myself to knit yet, but I was inspired by your kick butt hat! Maybe I could learn by Christmas and knit one for my boy- he would probably react like yours did! Wink

i think if i do not make this hat, my boyfriend will never love me. Shocked wish i had found it sooner, it would have been an incredible one-year anniversary gift!!

Holy crap!  Your hat is awesome.  I just saw it today and I love it.  Thanks for the chart - I'm going to try to knit it for my 7yr old nephew.  I've never done stranded work and don't have any experience modifying a chart for fit - but if it turns out too big I'll just give it to his dad who's also a Transformers nut.  You have mad skills. Hah, so my little brother saw this and was like "That's awesome!!  You're making one for me!!"  I'm going to have a go at it, because it is pretty AMAZING!!!  I printed the pdf, but it didn't print out in English... NO idea what that's about...  Thanks for posting the charts though!  I can't wait to (learn how to) make this!!

??  That's crazy!  If you want, pm me with an email address and I can email you a copy (in English)...  I don't know how or why someone would have changed the language.  Has anyone else had that problem?
