The mom and I are making pesto tonight so i decided to dust off the cook book and make some bread to go with it... very very easy...

10 premade frozed biscuts
Italian seasoning
sundried tomatoes
olive oil
mozzarella cheese

1. Thaw and cut the biscuts into 1/4s and place them in a 9in round cake pan
2. Brush with olive oil
3. sprinkle with Italian seasoning
4. chop up about 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes and throw on top

5. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese (dont forget to preheat your oven like i did... whoops to 400)

6. Bake as long as directed on biscut bag, mine was about 20 min, TA DA!

Would it work with the biscuits that come in the can (like the Pillsbury kind)? Because this looks totally yummy, but I haven't ever seen the frozen biscuits.

Of course, I've never thought to look for the frozen kind since we always use the canned ones. Wink

I don't see why it wouldn't.  Chop 'em up just like she did with these.  Well, that's what I planned on doing at least. Cheesy
