My first post, and I couldn't resist throwing these two little gems up here!

I picked up a sampler pack of Shrinky Dinks (with frosted, opaque white, opaque cream, black and brown sheets included) and decided tos experiment! Out of necessity, as I just plain have far too many keys, I decided on a key chain...

This is for my 'home' keys (and those of the boy...)

I also decided, after the unfortunate and tragic loss of a very nice bottle of Birthday wine to some well meaning visitors of my roomie, to make up some 'wine tags', in order to avoid future mix-ups...

(The 'Little Penguin' Wine, however,  doesn't hold a candle to my lovely Latour Pinot Noir...sigh...)

Alright for a first try! I'm sold on shrinky dinks!!

What do you think?

Where did you find the shrinky-dinks?  I only remember the ones from when I was a kid!

Shrinky dinks:

I bought mine at Michael's (though I loathe going there...), as I couldn't find them at any smaller art/craft stores. I have since found 'shrink plastic' at a small independent craft store, and think I'll try it out next time...

The wine tag is genius.

FYI, all #6 plastic is shrinkable. So lookout for to go containers (usually the clamshell style) and berry boxes with that recylcing code.
