YKYACW you take "You didn't make that! You bought it!" as a compliment.

I take that as HUGE compliment..no matter how it is intended lol

Agreed. I actually had a guy want to buy my poppet but I turned him down because I always keep the first of anything I make.

You know you're a Craftster when you order a pair of amazing Iron Fist shoes off eBay, and you're more excited because the lovely seller wrapped them in 14 squares of crafting felt to protect them! And also when you think she's crazy for giving away supplies like that.

Oh, and you know you're a Craftster when the charity shop in your town turns into an 'everything for one pound' charity shop and all you can think of is FABRIC!

YKYACW someone you barely know gives you a box of craft supplies. A regular customer gave me a Bedazzler knock-off and some other supplies.

YKYACW you have to jump on the lid of a storage container to snap it on then set another box atop it so that the contents don't explode everywhere.

I had to do this with one of my stash containers. I keep expecting to walk into my room and find fabric all over the place.

YKYACW a relative asks what you would like for your birthdayand you reply "Craft supplies!" but your family vetos that because you "have too much already". Every crafter knows there can never be too many supplies!

When my mom objected, my aunt leaned over and whispered "Don't worry, I'll just give you cash and you can get your craft supplies."

YKYACW you tell your boyfriend you're going to make him a wallet. You then tell him he will only be getting said wallet if you think it's well-made and looks good. Otherwise, the wallet will be scrapped.

You constantly have glitter EVERYWHERE! In the lines of grout in your kitchen, between the wood of your hardwood floors, in your hair, on your face...I can't seem to get rid of it!  Wink
