YKYACW you go to your friend's house and say. "Can I look at your clothes? I want to try to make that cool shirt."

YKYACW you go out to eat and you have to sit on a certain side of the booth so your yarn has a comfy seat and won't fall onto the ground while you're crocheting.  Smiley

YKYACW you get an ipod for Christmas and your first thought is not "cool, I can listen to lots of music on the go" but "I can totally crank out a Doctor Who themed ipod cozy...as soon as everyone's Christmas presents are done."

YKYACW you stay up until 3am 2 nights in a row browsing Harry Potter swaps from 4 years ago because that Slitherin scarf is finally finished!

YKYACW you lose power so you can't cook and have to order food, then you wonder why Joann's or any other craft store doesn't deliver because you need a hat!

when you buy a "learn to crochet" magasine even though you already crochet because it comes with 2 balls of yarn (always good) and a hook (i already have that size but this one is shiny) and there's a dvd to help you get started, which i may give to a friend
but YAY yarn
(my mother approves of my purpose as she's very proud of me for teaching myself but i might learn some new stitches, anyone think she's angling for crocheted gifts?)

YNYACW you're really excited about the prospect of having kids someday so you have a reason to make cute, tiny clothes, booties, blankets, plushes but also really upset about the idea of losing your craft room. Where would it all go?!

This magazine is now sold out everywhere near me, so I can't get it. I have been crocheting for over a year though, so I probably don't need it. I just want the yarn. Cheesy
