YKYACW...

You meet someone who is wearing a homemade Halloween costume and they walk away from you with the URL for Craftster.  Wink

YKYACW your daughter tells you the day of that her costume is "supposed" to have fingerless gloves, and you start crocheting her some (because there's no way I'd be able to finish knitting some in time).  Wish she'd said something a few days ago when I was putting off cutting out my son's tree frog costume.  Roll Eyes

Wow you're a nice mom if i'd pulled that stunt when i was little my mom would have said tough luck.

I'll admit, she was talking about them for a few weeks, but only this morning did she actually link the idea to her costume.  Roll Eyes  After the initial attempt turned out impossibly small (first row: try it on, won't fit over my thumb), I think I'm going to cheat and sew them out of black knit fabric instead. Same look, less work.  Smiley

YKYACW your first reaction to your battery going dead and needing a jump start is that it gives you more reason to go to a SnB out of your normal area; the extra highway driving will help your battery recharge!

YKYACW:  Your occupational therapist makes you a brace for your hand right there in the office with this cool moldable plastic and you ask for scraps of the plastic.  And you give her the url for craftster.

My mom got one of those when she was in the hospital.  I was wondering how well the heat gun would work for other crafty applications.  Smiley

You know when you're a craftster when you find your bottle of glue next to your shampoo.

Photo Proof:

Now I'm wondering why the heck I took my glue into the bathroom Oo But don't worry, after getting the above proof, I put the glue back where it belongs. Wouldn't want to grab that bottle by mistake!

...you're in a craft frenzy because JoAnn's is closing for the night and you're still trying to find the perfect yarn for a project.

...you'd rather get craft supplies than a new cell phone (so what if the old one doesn't ring anymore and you can't hear from the earpiece?   Tongue) and are very annoyed that your parents make you go get a new cell phone first, making you go to JoAnn's second causing the previously mentioned craft enduced frenzy.
