YKYACW ... you want to make a matching hat to a scarf you made and can't find a top-down pattern for a k3p3 ribbed hat so you just set about creating a pattern yourself!

Naturally, I'm diligently writing down every step I'm taking, because k3p3 ribbed hat patterns are more complicated than I thought they would be! Since the scarf is k3p3, I really wanted to repeat the pattern in the hat, and most ribbed patterns are either k1p1, k2p1 or k2p2 (and I'm starting to get why!) so what is woman to do but craft her own pattern? I do hope I'll soon have enough surface area to stop my increases though!

You know you're a Craftster when instead of finding change in the couch cushions, you can find enough lost beads to string a necklace. Grin

I have one similar to bookstorebabe's:

YKYACW you find a spool of thread and a pack of needles in the couch cushions along with a pair of scissors.

YKYACW... you set out to make a small quilt using the fabric bundle you won in a raffle...and you end up designing a king size quilt and having to spend about 100 on fabric  Grin

YKYACW you're trading insults (jokingly) with your boyfriend and he calls you a "hooker" and he realizes he didn't insult you.

YKYACW someone sends you a text with "This reminds me of you" along with an image of a yarn ball with a crochet hook stabbed through it and the image reads "I am an amazing hooker. BE JEALOUS!" I think my loved ones enjoy the play on "hooker" more than I like to crochet Roll Eyes

YKYACW the person who drew your name for the "Secret Santa" (we never succeed at keeping it a secret) at work announced that she's giving you a gift card to either Hancock Fabrics, Hobby Lobby, or Michael's as your gift. I squealed like a little kid! Cheesy
