YKYACW you say something to your man about finally getting a box to wrap a friend's gift in and his question is "what did you make him?" not "what did you get him" or "what are you giving him."

YKYACW you start a lovely Ocean Waves quilt in blue and white. You cut out all the triangles and have a huge pile of scraps. WAY too many to toss. So you start a blue and white Pineapple log cabin quilt. You make 16 blocks from the pile of scraps. Over time you add to these, buying fabric and making a total of 64 blocks. This gives you a lot of smaller scraps. Which you use some of one day for a postage stamp quilted scrap catcher for a swap. This actually gets finished. Then you get motivated and finish the pineapple quilt. The Ocean Waves? Its still a pile of triangles and you lost the pattern so you don't know what size to cut the squares.

YKYACW you go out to eat and you have to sit on a certain side of the booth so your yarn has a comfy seat and won't fall onto the ground while you're crocheting.  Smiley
