Hi, yall. I really like layered skirts, so i want to make an outfit, because me and my girls have a group, and our colors are red and white. So i would love to have an outfit made by me. I don't now how to make the skirt though. Here's a picture of how i would like the skirt to be:

I don't really know how to add the layers.
I would really appreciate some tips, or a tut, please?Huh? Wink
