I am the volunteer coordinator for Transitions a non profit in Spokane for women and children. We are always looking for more volunteers, including people to help out with craft projects, or even teach classes at one of our three sites.
In the past we have had card making, rubber stamping, painting, quilting, crocheting, knitting, embroidery classes.  It is a great opportunity to turn that crafting habit into something that can help the community.

If you want more details about or organization our website is:
www.help4women.com

I hope to hear from some of you!

I wish I had more time to volunteer with organizations like these. Right now as a mom of two little ones it's not an option. I've book marked the site for the future.
