Awww, that shrine is way cute!  I love how it looks like an old travel-trunk.  The cat ornaments are fun with their crazy grins.  Oh and that stocking is fab!  Total witch boot- awesome!

heh, i never heard of the great pumpkin story except in charlie brown and then i just figured it was some weird charlie brown thing.  it's a neat idea.  and funny to think of a stick thin pumpkin-headed guy gorging himself on candy.

The saying "good things come to those who wait" is a major understatement in my case. Ma Rut sent me great things! Allow me to show them off:

Her painting skills are wonderful. She painted three boxes and some candlesticks!

They are all really beautiful works of art and I can't wait to display them next halloween. So, I'm going to display them now, all during Christmas! hehehehe

In my questionnaire, I said I would have dressed up as a pirate if I would have dressed up. Ma Rut took that idea and ran with it!

Inside the skull box I found something I've had on my wists for a long time - an octopus necklace, which I love...

Inside the moon box was a deck-worthy pirate skirt!!! It's awesome and it was her first time sewing from a pattern and sewing for someone else. Amazing.

And of course, candy, my favorite lol!

MA RUT, THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY HALLOWEEN DREAMS COME TRUE!
