Hello  Wink

First let me apologize for how bland and boring this dress is  Wink LOL..jk  Grin any way this dress is the same design as the http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=191930.0
how to make a dress-dress...
and since a few people asked I took picks along the way and made a Tute
Please tell me what you guys think  Grin

OK now the pic Tut .. sorry this post is so overly pic heavy!

first make your basic a-line or half circle skirt ( which ever you prefer really ) ... actually make 2 and make 1 a little longer than the other .. here are mine

Next make your waist .. I don't have picks of this step .. i like to use a contrasting fabric .. but thats personal choice .. any way just take your measurement just below your Brest's and then again about 5 to six inches below that .. this will give you the measurements for your waist section ..

the third step is the boobs  its pretty much a slightly askew triangle here is what it looks like

cut four of thees so you can line them

then attach your waist to your skirt, and attach your boob triangle add a zipper and there you go .. its actually a pretty quick project..

this one I just added a few extra embellishments like the polka dot tulle I scavenged from a child's tutu and the store bought lace trim on the underskirt .. I also did an exposed zipper to add the Halloween theme and hand stitched bright green Frankenstein stitches over that ..
thanks so much for looking and If you have any questions regarding the Tute please ask and Ill explain the best I can
 Have a great day/night
Jayne

P.S. please excuse the blurry-ness of some of the pics .. I got a new camera and Im still getting used to it

I am not sure which is cooler... a dress made of halloween fabric, or the fact that you wear it with green nails and sparkly socks! That's awesome!
