balkandina, I am so surprised it only took one day!!!!! to get there!  You even found the pic of my grandpa's church in westcliffe Smiley that by the way, is the oldest lutheran church in colorado

Coryjo, where were you keeping all that stuff? Smiley

In my closet.  That's why the door to it is always close when you visit, I don't want anyone to see my overflowing hoard of papers, yarn, and shoes   Grin

And Pen I didn't get my package yesterday but I can't wait to check the mail today!

Wow, some of you were SO fast!  I hope to get my stuff packaged up and out tomorrow (a day off - yippee!)

But, yesterday my "bonus" package arrived.  That's right, I said bonus package.  Eat your hearts out.  Apparently Calluna had accidentally recieved my info.  When she got her real partners she still had lots of stuff - so sent me a package anyway!  She has definitely upped her swap karma.

My husband is so funny.  He brought it in with a big grin and singing "somebody got a present" cuz he knows I've got some swaps going on that I'm pretty excited about.  So, after I have it spread out over the entire family room floor he looks at it totally puzzled and we have a conversation that goes like this:

"so?  is that what you expected?"
"yep"
"and you like it?"
"yes"
"I guess I don't get it, what is it for?"
"altered art type stuff - like that thing I made for my son"
"hmmm, it looks like someone put their trash bag in the mail instead  of the can"
"kind of"
"well, as long as you like it"

I love him - cuz he really does mean "as long as you like it" and is happy for me and only a little worried about where it all will go.

Pics to follow - I took pics of all incoming and outgoing last night - but then when I downloaded them I realized I was standing under the light fixture and the glare was ridiculous.

It's not that I don't want to swap, it's that I often don't have time.  But feel free to ask (especially if it's one that's not too time consuming).

Hummm... (she says embarassedly)I guess it was good that I messed up and sent out the wrong info.

I do know some non-hoarders (paper, fabric, etc I'm really bad) but luckily for me I'm married to a collector as well so we don't have those conversations. DH has an entire standard bedroom sized closet filled to the celing with baseball cards. And two bookcases with display stuff.

Anybody want some commons for ATC's? I could send shoeboxes full...

yes, "commons" are called commons because there are lots of them and they aren't really special  not like the michael jordan rookie card i had when i was a kid that ended up getting fingernail polish spilled on it....hey i was a 12 yr old girl! i did not know any better
and they are atc size
