I'm such a dork. The temp drops under 75 and I start fantasizing all the fall clothing items I need to sew.

First up we have a jacket. This jacket wanted so badly to be a hoodie. Its made for a heavy knit and it is super comfy. The hems on the pockets are raw because I am lazy and like the look of raw knit. Its got a bunch of cute details (Like the pleats and the button fabric underneath the collar) that makes it endearing. It also has some mistakes, but I get lazy when sewing for myself. I'll live. Haha.

It looks sloppy right around here. I need to tack some stuff down I think.

Buttons!

And now for the pants/slacks whatever. I left my digicam at the salon so I'm just going to use my iSight. As if it wasn't already hard enough to take photos of pants.

This is me falling off a chair to show you that they are wide-legged!

Soooooo cloooooose to matching the stripes and whatnot. And a good clear shot of the color/plaid pattern.

Indeed. I love fall. I need more jackets, more pants, more scarves, more snuggly things.

These are both great!  Better to get your fall sewing done now, yeah?  I always finish things too late to wear them.

Now I want a pair of grandpa pants...

I love both the pants and the jacket. I really need to learn how to sew. Right now I can only mend holes and not very proficiently.

I didnt use a pattern for either of those, nope.

The jacket took a week to make but I really did not work on it. I'd say it would have been a three nighter if I actually put forth effort into it.
