I frogged the one I had started. I got to the third row of puffs when I realized -- it's supposed to go down to 48 stitches, and 60 stitches was barely large enough. I must crochet tight... pumping up the hook size and going at it again!

My hair is so slippery it won't stay on my head unless I bring it forward.  Roll Eyes Not in the mood to pin it, so here you go:

*Jumps on bandwagon*

Me too!! I'm probably going to add another round of increases, since I'm using a hook a size smaller than recommended, and I want lotsa slouch. Grin

I started making this last night after seeing this thread. I'm nearly done! Had to frog back a couple of rows due to inexplicable stitch-adding somewhere - that'll teach me to try to count and watch comedy shows at the same time...

I've just finished mine and I love it! Smiley

I used Debbie Bliss Baby Cashmerino in light blue and brown.  I made a few mods - increased one more round, decreased two more rounds and did a 3 dc, 1 puff pattern instead as I started losing the will to live after half a round!  Conclusion: I don't like doing puff stitches but I do like the effect!

Pics will have to wait as I should have gone to bed hours ago.

I finished after screwing up the first time and doing to many increases in the beginning. I have a picture up on my blog, it's not the best so I won't bother posting here. Next time I may do another round of increases because I think I need more slouch for my melon.  Everyone's looks great I can't wait to see the rest!

I'm definitely joining in on this one. I already started, I've been working for about an hour & I'm up to row 12, but I've got work now, so I guess I'll have to finish it later.

I was really surprised how quickly the pattern works up and how easy it is to follow. This is definitely going to be the Christmas gift for every girl in my family/friends. haha.
