I learned to decorate cake for my wedding.  My mom and I took the basic classes to learn to decorate wedding cakes

From there we (my mom, sister and I) progresses to these types of cakes all 99% edible.

What do you think?

Those are all really amazing but I'm in love with the dragon.  How clever is he?

What are the flowers in the wedding cake picture? Are they dyed carnations, tissue paper flowers, or *gasp* frosting? Or something else I'm not guessing?  Smiley   Any which way, your cakes are great!

I made this fairy castle cake for my baby's 1st Birthday.  This is my first attempt at a decorated cake, we were pretty happy with it, even though I put the icing on the middle layer of cake before it had cooled completely, and it's a little lopsided, but for a hot day it held up well! Smiley

hope the photo works, I haven't posted one before.

I participated in another challenge on a forum to use JUST Tip 104.
Here is what I came up with. Not great but I'm practicing. Smiley
