Ok, mine is not nearly as neat as all of yours, but it's what he wanted, so I couldn't go overboard, (like I normally do)

My son's 11th birthday was Friday, he wanted a pac man cake.

It looks great!  I suspect I would have gone overboard by making a rectangular cake with the whole game instead of just the pacman (which is probably not what your son wanted anyway).    Sometimes simple is better.  Smiley

Thanks, I actually wanted to make the 3D one with arms and legs and such that is on some cartoon or something that I saw. And I started telling him that. And he said, "no, no, no, if you're not going to do it the way I want, then why do it at all." And he was absolutely right. I asked if I could make one of the ghosts, and he said no.... I asked if I could make one of the bleep/dots that he eats and he said yes, only if it is a cupcake. (we always make a cupcake for the candle, because it grosses me out when people blow out the candle over the whole cake.) So this is what he wanted. Thanks again for the comments.

For my son's 3rd birthday, we had a "Diego" party. Not being able to find a Diego pan, or a icing transfer, I came up with the idea to make his cake loosely oriented with Diego by just doing vines around the edges. Tasted yummy!

The cake was actually a Betty Crocker mix "Funfetti"
I didn't think it would taste very good, but it was actually okay.

Yeah, my kids always pick that cake mix.  Roll Eyes  It's ok, but I prefer something with more flavor: carrot, spice, banana (with real bananas, not artificial banana), and of course, chocolate!

I've baked the Funfetti a few times to and it is good. Like Muria said though there are better ones. Smiley
