I just moved into my new room in college, and I wanted some pictures of my boyfriend and I and of my best friends and I. Rather than just putting them in frames, I decided to scrapbook them and put them in frames for the wall. I rather like how they turned out. Smiley

Thanks for looking!

Those are AWESOME! I really adore the idea of putting scrapbook pages on the wall - that way everyone can see how totally creative I am. Wink

The colors and trims and embellishments you used are super cute, too! It looks like you've put them into frames too? Are those 12x12 layouts or did you make the pages smaller to fit into a different frame?

Anyway... very cool idea and great conversation starter!!

Thanks!

The frames are actually special scrapbooking frames. They are 12x12, and they are actually a little deeper than a normal frame so you have space for all of your embellishments without them getting smushed. You can get the frames at Michael's for about 15-20 dollars.

Thanks for the tip on the frames.... and the inspiration! LoL. All I need now is a working vehicle to get to Michael's! The nearest one is 1 1/2 away!

I've seen similar frames at Wal-mart. They were in the picture frame section.

These are really cool -I love all the elements you used.

I love buying the photo frames with the largish mats around them and decorating up the mat. they make really great gifts!

Also - I took a class this weekend and it was almost like scrapbooking on a canvas - very fun and much less complicated than you would think!
