I used some zara merino wool I had left over from a scarf I finished crocheting to make this:

CO 8
Row 1: K8
Row 2: P8
Row 3: K2, CB4, K2
Row 4: P8

Repeat 1-4 until desired length around neck

Cast Off, (get your crochet hook) sc in next two spaces, c2, sk 1 sp, sc in next two spaces, and tie off.
Sew a button on opposite end ( I used a small pearl button)... and voila!

Find any flower to crochet and sew on so that when you put on the choker, it'll be to the side. I got snazzy and tacked on a star stud. Enjoy!

Very pretty Smiley.  You have a retro glam look going on.  The lip color, pearls and black sweater work great together Cool.  Thanks for the instructions.

*sigh* Can I buy your neck please? I'm sure they could do a transplant. Mine is so short and thick and blech, I've always wanted a graceful neck to adorn with classy chokers like that. It looks lovely! I love the star stud accent, very unexpected. Smiley
