I am sooo late in posting these pics, but here is what was in the "surprise" package RiRa sent me around Halloween. Sorry it took me so long to put these up. 

A lovely journal (that I am currently carrying in my purse), a sparkly rhinestone-y, bead-y pen that I absolutely LOVE and haven't lost. I am bad about losing pens, but this one is so precious to me, I am going to treasure it always! And a pair of very "kish" hair clips, which I wore to Church last Sunday.

A a cute Christmas Stocking with the letter K, it was filled with Halloween candy when it arrived but between me and mr. kishcrafts, it was eaten up very quickly. haha

On the 12th Day of Craftstermas, my lovely partner sent to me.... A big red tub full of cookies!


YUM-O. This is what the tub looked like AFTER I caught mr. kishcrafts devouring them this morning before work! GRRR! HE ate ALL the peanut butter ones!

On the 11th Day of Craftstermas, my lovely partner sent to me.... 11 pair of BEAUTIFUL earrings!

The individual pictures are of my FAVORITES, but I love all of them! I am wearing the blackbeaded ones on NYE.

On the 10th Day of Craftstermas, my lovely partner sent to me.... 10 "yearly holiday" inspired felt brooches!

I have already worn the snowman and present and got rave reviews for them from a friend of mine and a lady at the PO.

On the 9th Day of Craftstermas, my lovely partner sent to me.... Knifty Knitter instructions & hook, jewelry making finidings/tools, pretty yarn, crochet hook

the crochet hook has mysteriously disappeared, I think my BFF may have borrowed it without asking. 

On the 8th Day of Craftstermas, my lovely partner sent to me.... Yummy smelling bath/relaxing goodies! 3 heat/cold therapy bags (1 large, 1 medium and 1 eye pillow type), bath salt/scrub, a candle, bath fizzes

mr. kishcrafts had a sore neck last week and even though he usually hates "girly" smelling things he personally requested that I heat up one of the heat therapy bags for him, it helped him a great deal and he has claimed the larger one as his own.

On the 7th Day of Craftstermas, my lovely partner sent to me.... Loads of kitchen cooking/baking goodies!
The apron is AWESOME! I love that it is reversible. There are 2 more cookie cutters (gingerbread boy & girl) but they were used already and were in the dishwasher when this picture was taken. I can't believe she actually paid attention to all my craftster rambling posts because she saw that I really wanted one of the whisks they had @ Target in the $1/$2.50 section. Love it!

On the 6th Day of Craftstermas, my lovely partner sent to me....  Handpainted Glass Christmas Tree Ornaments!

The yellow star one didn't survive the long trip across the USA but the other 5 are fine and are super cute!

On the 5th Day of Craftstermas, my lovely partner sent to me.... a punch needle embriodery starter kit!! WOOT! I LOVE IT!


On the 4th Day of Craftstermas, my lovely partner sent to me.... a knitted hat & matching scarf in a gray/silver, black and white scheme. I wore the hat almost all afternoon and evening yesterday. An awesome Pink Kitty and paws felt appliqued pair of black sweatpants. a lovely mug with a big bag of cocoa mix.

The kitty pants were in the washer/dryer the day I took these photos, I will post a picture of them at a later date. And the mug & cocoa are in the Day 7 pic.

On the 3th Day of Craftstermas, my lovely partner sent to me....  Stenciled Tshirts! WOOT! mr.kishcrafts & I got matching Guitar Hero tshirts. I got a Nightmare B4 Christmas inspired tshirt, and mr.kishcrafts got a Storm Trooper tshirt.


On the 2th Day of Craftstermas, my lovely partner sent to me 2 mini tote bags and 2 "cosmetic" type bag to keep me organized all 4 items are made out of realy cute and unique fabrics. These have already been put to good use for WIPs and to help organizer my purse.


On the last Day of Craftstermas, my lovely partner sent to me 1 AWESOME black hoodie with pink kitty cat ears! WOOT!


Thanks RiRa for being a wonderful swap partner. I am so happy that we got to becoem good friends and will be life long swap partners!

I JUST LOVE SNOWFLAKES!! And they are on most of the candles.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU  A girl can never have too many hooks especially pretty handled ones or too much really soft yarn.  I think I am in crocheters heaven.  I've have just been told the handles glow in the dark.   COOL!!

The Teasers!

This is the first stash I received from Dragonslair, and then about twenty minutes after I packed it all up, the other box came.


Day 12
One snowman tin, one container of snowflake mix, and ten yummy recipes.


Day 11:


Two skeins of Holly yarn, two Tinkerbell craft kits, a melty bead turtle kit, two summer sticker pads, a pair of scalloped scissors, Rick-Rack (Because you can never, NEVER have enough!), a package of chipboard alpha letters, and a box of findings. (Ignore the beaded ornaments in the background, it's what I was working on when midnight hit!)

Day 10 Deck The Halls


I received six hand painted ornaments, a beautiful blue-green, and silver! Three ornaments with tiny candy canes in them. And three peppermint sticks with little guys in stockings peeking out at me. There's a Santa, snowman and a gingerbread man. Yay! Thank you.

Day 9
I received two packages of embroidery floss, an embroidery pattern, a cross stitch kit (that says who are these kids and why are they calling me mom? Perfect for me!), two embroidery hoops, a needle, some cloth, and an adhesive board. Thank you so much!




Day 8
De-stress was my theme today. And with the last few days I've had, you'll never know how happy I was opening this. I received a peppermint pillow, and crocheted secret guy, (who when I opened it I squealed to my husband, who is on the phone with me as I open all my gifts, I thought it was a zombie gingerbread man! Silly me.) Packets of tea, and hot cocoa, a box of peppermint tea, two boxes of those metal stress balls in two different sizes.


Oh, but is there something missing here?
Something that made me do the Snoopy Dance in the middle of my living room at ten after midnight?
Well, they're on my feet.

Day 7 Joy

I was confused when I opened the card. But when I opened the package, I understood completely. Such kitchey goodness!
I got a bottle of Joy dish soap, with three crocheted dresses for it! Plus two  crocheted hot pads, and a scrubber(?)
Bow down to my partner! She is a crochet Goddess! Thank You!



Day 6 Do you believe?
Today was my oldest daughter, Brandy's day.
She got a hide a book with fairy stickers, two journals with faries on them, a pin cushion, and a fleece scarf with flower cut out on the ends! She loves them! It was all I could do to get her to bring the stuff back so I could take the picture. She says Thank You!


Day 5 Cars
Today was for Jimmy!
He got a Cars sticker sheet, Cars crayons, a CD/DVD of Rudolph and Friends, a package of candy cane cocoa, candy corn popcorn, animal crackers, and a fleece blanket that is quilted! He loves the blanket so much, he demanded that he sleep with it. (Yes, we were up past midnight, I was frosting cookies for the school parties today.) He is so happy! Thank you so much!


Day 4
Nikki's day! She got a little teapot, with a cozy and cloth. As well as a bunch of cookie cutters. We've already used the cookie cutters on Christmas cookies. She loves to have teatime now as well. Thank you so much!


Day 3
Three more relax pillows with peppermint smell. And a package of coffee. Thank you.


Day 2
For Brandy. She got a beautiful necklace and earrings. Took me forever to track her down and take a picture of these. She loves them, thank you!


Day 1
A crocheted handbag! With a flower on the outside, and fall like fabric on the inside. This is so perfect, and it resides in my purse, it holds my wallet and coin tin, so when I just need to take that, all I've got to do is grab it and go. Thank you so much!

I painted it up for her. I don't have detail shots though. I'm such a perfectionist it took me three weeks to get 'right'!

The first thing out of my package from Shauna (firebird1919) was for my little girl for her 2nd birthday!  It was a really adorable coloring book and melted star crayon.  I will post a picture tomorrow.  My daughter LOVED it!  And she says "Tank eww" Shauna!

On the 11th Day of Christmas I received...

11 BEAUTIFUL pieces of jewelry.  I seriously love every single one of them.  I can't wait to go somewhere this week so I can wear the Christmas ones!  TOO CUTE!

On the 9th Day of Christmas, I received...

9 Butterfly Things!! This is my favorite so far!!  I LOVE LOVE LOVE everything! 
There is a tote bag, a beautiful pair of earrings and matching bracelet, a cookie cutter, a stamp, stickers, and 2 really pretty pieces of fabric. 

On the 8th Day of Christmas…

8 Christmas decorations.  1 wreath that I ended up putting a red candle in the middle of (which looked great) and 7 ornaments.  I especially love the personalized ones.  Too cute!

On the 7th Day Chloe Received…

2 pieces of really cute, soft flannel.  I plan on making her some PJs with these.  Also, 4 cute coloring books, made by Shauna.  Also, she got a really neat, painted “C” that she promptly put in her room.  She loves everything.  Thank you for thinking of her!

On the 6th Day I received…
A “Learn How to Crochet” Kit.  Shauna made me a really awesome book with instructions on learning to crochet.  I also got two really gorgeous skeins of yarn.  And 3 hooks.  I am very excited to get started.  I am sorry I have no picture of this.  My camera decided to give up one me :/

On the 5th Day of Christmas…

A mirror, etched with butterflies.  A really adorable flower pot that was painted by Shauna that I can use to save for my “Craft Fund.” Some really, really COOL tape.  And some monkey key covers that I have been wanting SO badly for SO long!  Thank you!!

On the 4th Day…

4 really BEAUTIFUL pieces of jewelry.  Of course, made by Shauna!  This is probably my favorite day.  The pieces are Rose Quartz and they are just gorgeous.  Very much my style   I love them!

On the 3rd Day…

3 felt ornaments.  These are so neat and very pretty.  They all are pocketed which I thought was a cool idea!

On the 2nd Day…

2 HOT pink purses.  One for me and one for my little girl, Chloe.  She has not stopped dragging hers around.  We both love them! 

On the 1st Day I received…

An amazing Advent/Nativity wall hanging.  This is TOO cool!  All of the “characters” (people and animals) are detachable.  They fit down in the pockets and so each day we can take one out and put it on the top to make a Nativity scene.  I love this!  The detail in the people and animals is amazing.  What an awesome way for Chloe to countdown to Christmas and learn the story of Christmas.

Day 6: Steve's Day! (and mine..teehee) Steve got awesome soaps, (eggs, bacon, PICKLE) bookmark, Star wars buttons, which he LOVED, and a homer simpson pot holder...

I got a slide pendant-making-no-hot-soldering-yet-kit. WHICH IS AWESOME. I need to know where to get more slides though..and ideas?


Day 5: POLYMER CLAY DAY! W00T! I was hopin to get some of Kish's skill, but so far..it's slow in coming. But, polymer clay is fun...my hands hurt from the conditioning though...(it's totally worth it!) I got a bunch of colors, some tools, projects, and findings, and some instructions...seri ously, im super duper excited.



Day 4: Irish Goodies! My family is very jealous..and Im in love. Theres Irish Ale Soap (Oh yah!), an adorable leprechaun necklace, and some stuperdeduper cute stitch markers WINE GLASS CHARMS...i dont know if I can use them as that though...There too cute...we'll see. Theres alsoa  grow your own lucky clover, and kish said theres a bracelet from my wists on its way..( )

, I wish I had better pics of the stitch markers....mmmm. i'll try to get those.

Day 3! MORE CELTIC WONDERFULNESS. My little granny tried to steal the pendant, and mumbled in gaelic until I promised to try to find her one similar to it...



Day 2: Turtle Bag and Shirt. The bag matches the earlier accessories,and I dont care if it's beach baggy or not..it's one of my new favorite totes. The shirt is incredible, and I've worn it already



DAY 1!! A TURTLE BLANKET, and MORE. Wow. I thought I was spoiled till this day..And I was wrong. Heres te extra goodies:
A gingerbread man, polyclay ice cream necklace, cinnamon ornament, turtle magnet, and some poly stuff..you'll see that in just a sec.

MORE ORNAMENTS! All these went on the mini tree kish sent me, and the one I got in the 2.50 section at target..It was glorious! See the little nut/tree. It's got a poly gingerbreadman on it. Woooow. Such detail. it's seuper cool.

There's more poly clay things. Ghost earrings, sushi *yum!* a wendy's frosty cell charm (HOW COOL!!?!) some carrot cake, candy canes, donut charms, and a fruit ring. I know the lighting is tresuck, but i'll put THAT on my list to work on as well.
I brake for turtles, license plate holders. The red one went on my car immediately. And the other one is on my door with photos in it...

and FINALLY


MY BLANKET! It's huge, and comfy, and has turtles! YAYAYAYAY!

I'm so glad that I'm not the only one who couldn't wait and opened up my day 12 present just after midnight!!

Day 12
I got Jewelry for day 12!  All of it was attached to a frame which is possibly the raddest idea ever.  It's so exciting, I love it!

I took like six million pictures but then realized that I should really be saving space so I decided to only post my favorite one.  Lori sent me a mini matchbox advent calendar with one box for every day explaining what that day was.  Freakin adorable!!

Day 11
Craft Supplies!!

There are so many great supplies from my present today, buttons, plastic charms, shiny pom-poms, pins with plastic hearts, wooden stars and blocks, and two different ribbons.  I LOVE the one with the hearts and the lace, it's the girliest thing I've ever seen.  Fantastic!

Day 10
Today I got a set of possibly the coolest cards ever!!

They all have a vintage photograph on them and they are so freakin amazing!  I wish my picture got across how awesome these cards are, I'm honestly not sure if I'm going to be able to give them away...

Day 9
Today I got a canister promising to "pimp out 9 packages"

In all honesty, I could pimp out dozens of packages with all the cool stuff in here...  Ribbon, yarn, rick rack, adorable gift tags, and confetti for every holiday or occasion possibly imaginable:

How fantastic, it's so sparkley!  I love it. 

Day 8
Today I got a set of ornaments, SewingLori said she tried to use glitter wherever possible.  Did she stalk me or what??

They are so glittery and awesome in person!

Day 7
Headbands!  I know there are only 6 in the pic, but that's because one immediately went on my head.  They are so adorable and comfy, and in the cutest colors!!


Day 6
Knit goodies!!  Man, I wish I knew how to knit.  I would be so cold if it weren't for Craftster swaps!  There's a panta, a scarf, two dish cloths, a pot holder, and a wrist band.  So awesome!

I am in LOVE with the Panta, it is so warm and comfortable.  I was also just whining about the fact that I don't have a scarf that goes with my new winter coat, problem solved!  I love the color!

Day 5
A recipe book for 5 delicious treats. 

They look so yummy, good thing I've got time off to bake next week.  There are recipes for sugar cookies, chocolate pretzels, peppermint bark, black-bottom coconut bars, and pistachio lemon drops.  The best part is really the book itself, it is so adorable and nicely done.  It certainly puts my papercraft skills to shame!

2 grocery bags, 4 owl coasters, 1 bag of paper beads, 10 envelopes (I almost made these for you), 10 little cards (impressionist paintings), 4 matchbook notebooks made from paint card samples, 2 playing card note books, 10 glass magnets, 1 pouch from a magazine page, and even the box it came in is decoupaged with patterns en francais!  

Lunanne you are the greatest!  

I love this all so much.  My daughter is laying claims to some of it.  Some close ups because she deserves much praise for her work.

Day 9 - 9 groups of pampering treats

Again, I've been spoiled.  I got a load of stuff from Lunanne.  Her first soaps and bath salts.  Orange and cinnamon - my 2 favorite scents...and they are just yummy together.  I got a Lush (squee!) bath bomb, an eye mask, a terry cloth wrap, and piles and piles of hair accessories.  All of this came packaged in an adorable tin.  I've taken a close up of my favorites.  Yes, my partner is the best!  





I wish I could take a picture of scent!  Because this parcel smells heavenly.

Day 7 - 7 (or more) things to keep me warm

I'm not opening any more of my gifts from Lunanne until she gets her second set of presents from me.  Serves me right for singing the praises of Canada Post earlier on.  This package has been in Montreal since December 13!

Day 6 - 3 gifts for hubby, and 3 gifts for DD
Lunanne made them a stencilled shirt each.  I will have to fish them out to take a pic, because they were both worn right away.  DHs was hockey and DDs was a microphone.  They both got Christmas ornament, and a Christmas mitten each stuffed with treats.  Here are pics of the ornaments.  (this is what happens when one crafts for other members of my family.  They don't care about the pics. lol.)  They were both so surprised and thrilled.

I love this so much!!  My favorite day so far.  The placemats are the cutest thing ever!  After I had opened it all, took pictures and put everything in its place I discovered a little kitchen hand towel too -not pictured.  Dont' you just love the stencilled snowmen?

Day 1 - Wall Hanging (My big wish) for my bedroom



This is so beautiful.  I hope Lunanne will post some pics of my Days 4 down through 1, since my camera died on December 29th.  I'm so upset about this, since it was only 3 months old.  I'm hoping to get it replaced, but living in an isolated town, it might take awhile.  These photos were obviously taking on my very crappy web cam.  I cannot do justice to the beauty of this piece of art.  I'm hanging it in my bedroom.  I love trees and each branch and leaves are made of felt and hand stiched on along with beads.  There is also a cute little bird on the bottom branch.  

Lunanne, this is so much more than I hoped for out of this swap.  You have been a remarkable swap partner.  If anyone ever gets Lunanne for a partner, you are in for a real treat because she is a very special craftster.
