Letterboxing Swap?

I've never done a swap, so I have no idea how to organize one.  I just know that I have to get my kids' Halloween costumes (Princess Leia and a Jawa) done before I start working on swappy stuff.

What about sign-ups in Mid October and send out's mid November? The rainy seasons starts in the Pacific Northwest, well, ummm, next week and goes until June.

OK... a *small* bit of bad news:  Due to some personal stuff that has suddenly arisen, I won't be able to organize.

Can anyone else do it and/or help kittykill???  Pretty please?   This is too much fun for everyone to miss.

Me too. I have a couple of swaps that end on the 20th of this month and then of course, Halloween. How about around the 1st of November?
