I love those shorts!

I have that same pattern and have made several pairs of boxer shorts from it (XL for the BF, S for myself with the inseam and crotch shortened considerably and fly sewn shut). It's a great, fun pattern. (Getting the fly down took a few attempts.)

So far, I've made a pair of Roy Rogers boxers, Alexander Henry "skulls and roses" boxers, and a pair of San Diego Chargers boxers for him. Another pair of Chargers boxers (with the new logo) and Padres boxers are on the way.

I agree that once you start with boxer shorts, you can't look at novelty cotton prints the same way!

Stuff like this makes me wish my DH wore boxers. Hilarious!

edited to add... It's a Michael Miller fabric, not AH.

The link is for a pair that I made and didn't photograph which are from an Alexander Henry fabric.  Sorry for the confusion.

Those are both awesome fabrics and a perfect use for them! It would be cool to make a his and her pair as a wedding/engagement gift for a couple...the male pin ups on the girl's shorts or pj pants and some hot female pin ups on the guy's shorts.

Brilliant as always, MistressT. I especially appreciate the time allowance on the pattern suggestion. Who doesn't drink and craft?
