At first I wasn't totally enthused with this Knitty either, and I wondered if there was something wrong with me.

I think a lot of my hang-ups were to do with questionable yarn and photo styling choices, but once I got past those, I could see some potential in a lot of the patterns, especially Roam, Henry, and Cherie Amour.

It's working now, and it's great!  I am so happy to have some good patterns again on knitty - I wasn't too thrilled with the last few, but this one is great!

It's amazing, I really love a bunch of the patterns on there. I think I'm going to have to run out and make the foliage hat right away.

My first response is kind of "meh", but I'm also tired and hungover and at work, so that might have something to do with it ;P
I'm also not a hat-wearer, and there are a bunch of hats.
It's hard to tell most of the sweaters from the pictures.  Neiman looks promising.
Except for Woodins!  I heart all of Anna's stuff, and I'm on this pattern like nobody's business.

WHEW!!!!  Thought I was coming down with something myself but I can read some of you also have the "so so" with the new Knitty.  Oh well I sure that there are others that are thrilled with this issue, it just isn't me this time either.  I don't dislike it, I'm just not excited about it.

I agree this issue is pretty good if you like alot hats but the muir is really nice. I spin my own yarn so this would work with what I am spinning now. A merino wool /silk blend roving in a turquoise blue.I will post pics when done. Smiley

I like Knitty and are looking forward for every issue. I think this issue was OK, some really great projects and some that i wont touch with either needles or hooks.

As a lot of others i like Henry, and i think Diamond Waffle is a good pattern too though i don't really like complicated socks. Totally Autumn is has a very beautiful lacepattern and is the one most likely to bee knitted this season.
