Hi!

I would like to make this bag: http://www.interweave.com/knit/books/files/FolkBagsExcerpt.pdf , but the yarn is quite expensive. I'd like to know what a good yarn substitution would be for cotton fleece.

Thank-you. ^_^

Cascade Sierra is the same content and weight.  But it's just as, if not more, expensive than the Brown Sheep.  However, at this moment you can get better deals on the Sierra on Ebay than on the Brown Sheep.  If you aren't attached to, and the pattern doesn't require, the cotton/wool blend, consider a cotton/acrylic blend like Lion Brand Cotton Ease or a 100% cotton like Sugar and Cream.

Excellent! I think I'll try it with the Cotton-Ease. ^_^

Thank-you so much. ^_^
