I decorated my folder for school- I took a piece of cardstock and cut it to size, then used stencils, markers, and colored pencils to decorate it.  Then I took my scrapbooking edging scissors (don't know what you call 'em) to make the edges wavy, glued the cardstock on my folder, and put clear tape over the front.  I thought it was kind of cute.

Great job!  Very summery and happy looking. I especially like the detail on the top and bottom butterflies on the left side of the folder.
