This is a little bag I made a few weeks ago.  I love the way it turned out.  It was my first experience using Amy Butler fabric, which is probably why I love it so much.  I also used an Amy Karol pattern from her fantastic book, Bend the Rules Sewing. Here is the finished product.

Very cute.  I'm an Amy too and I have this fabric but I don't think I could take this project on.

I just started cutting fabric for that purse today!  Weird. Smiley  It's a good book.  Did you think the pattern was easy to follow? 

Your purse looks great, btw!  Love the colors and the fabric.
