I like the idea of shelves...You can paint it really neat and then just get a bunch of baby food jars from SimpleKate (who said she has a billion Smiley ) and use the for storing small things (pins..buttons...etc)

Good find I really like the crate!! I will try and think of something more creative for ya.

I have a Coke one that I use to store my Acrylic Paints in.  I put it with the top in so that I can see the colors on the bottom.  I LOVE it!

I bet another benefit to that is that the paint it right near the top so it's easy to squeeze out. Of course, I have some of my worst accidents that way... BE CAREFUL!

That's an awesome find! You could make it into a table. Put fun treasures in the openings, add legs and get glass cut to place on top...

I would defenetly paint it and hang it on a wall put some invisible cord in the middle of the squares and use it to store yarn  Grin now i want 1
