i just recently made a couple for swaps and everyone has received theirs so now i can post pics! Smiley these are a great idea and so quick to make! cept everytime i mess up the closure Sad i sew it so that its short on the inside and long on the outside and always have to rip it out and redo it. grrrr anyways, here ya go.

this ones closure is messed up but i left it b/c i thought it was kinda cute how it looked like a handle to a mug. Smiley

when you put your fabric sandwich together, you put all the pockets down, then the closure of choice, then the top layer of bread. I have to spend some minutes thinking about that each time too.

I think it can be put in that section of sewing- always check your right sides are facing! my mom is funny- she says it's just a matter of when you sew half right side out, and half inside out.

i just wanted to say HUGe thanks for the tute... my mom carries her tea/splenda with her everywhere (she only drinks Earl Grey, and no one ever has it, lol).... so I whipped up one for her in no time flat and I'm WAY new to sewing. It turned out beautifully, and was a huge hit... super easy, I'll be making tons more!

Great idea!  I always keep a couple of Lipton tea bags in my purse in a crummy little plastic baggie.  Now I can have my tea in something pretty! Thanks!

Ever since I've seen one of these, I wanted to make one. I'll have to now, especially for gifts (I'm not a tea fanatic myself, I just like green and oolong teas).

Very nice; and I love the hairtie part. Do you know how many you get in a pack at the Dollar Tree?  Cheesy

Thanks so so so much for the tute!!! I made one for my roomie last night, I'm an extreme beginner when it comes to sewing and this was really easy to follow and came out pretty good (I think). Here's a few pictures:
