I hope this goes under 'playthings'. I made a geeky baby book out of fabric scraps. It even crackles when you grab the pages, because I put baking paper in between the pieces of fabric and the resistor and the rocket are filled with lentils. It's made stiff with fusible interfacing and entirely hand sewn. Took me about two weeks from start to finish.

Please ignore the german captions in the picture:

Top left: Resistance is futile
Top right: Apple of Discord and Piratebay logo
Middle right: image of a hacker and a fluffy chicken (that one's an inside joke, I guess)
Down right: Ubuntu Linux logo and two robots holding hands
Down left: The rocket 'Fairy Dust' (a Chaos Computer Club thing)

And an action shot with the baby Smiley

Hope you like it...

What a great idea. i would have never thought to make one of those. I love that all the pictures are things that have some sort of meaning. Does the baby like it?
