Inspired by tragicheroine's starlet hat, I cast on some stitches and knitted a hat. First time doing popcorn stitch and its much easier than I had originally thought. Without further ado....

How many stitches do you CO? Are there incrases after the ribbing? How do you decrease in pattern?
