Where did you find that fabric?  I live in a small town so I can't walk into a store and buy it.  *sad*

Actually I got it at a run-of-the-mill Joann store. There were a whole bunch of "slinky" fabrics (basically like a thin swimsuit material) that they were clearancing with all these great random Japanese prints/cartoons on 'em. I've been holding on to the yardage for years waiting until I actually know how to sew with the stuff! This dress is the most ambitious, but I've made a few pairs of leggings out of the same sort of fabric, which I love. It's got this way of being *cool* all the time.

That is GORGEOUS! I will not rest until I have found this pattern! (Which, honestly, probably just means I'll stop by the fabric store after work and they'll have it, and that'll be that.)

I made this pattern a few years ago and have to agree that it's a very flattering pattern for us larger gals.

I know I'm incredibly late to the party, but wow!  The fabric and style are perfect for you.
I'm also a size 16, so here's hoping I can still find that pattern.
