DETAILS:
This is a wishlist swap;  post a list and you may receive it!   Your list will need to consist of where you are from (it's okay to just put your state and/or country), crafted items that you would like (it helps greatly to include links to photographs, tutorials, etc.) and/or crafting supplies.

First: You will look through the lists of the people
who have already posted.  You will THEN pick someone from
there to craft for.

Second: As soon as you have messaged me, the organizer,
telling me who you would like to craft for and your answers to the
questionnaire, I will tell you that you can post a list.

BASICS:
- to be able to post a list you have to craft for at least ONE person
- there must be AT LEAST 5 items on your list
- you can be picked as many times as you have items on your list
- if you have been picked 3 times, you have to pick one other person to craft for, then you can picked more...
- this swap starts fresh each month, so if you weren't picked from a previous round, you can post your list up in this round (after you've PMed me and been given approval)
-please include where you are in your wishlist, so people know if they are sending out of country before they choose you.
- please use DC#s or get a copy of the customs number when sending your packages... this helps greatly if they're lost in the mail!
- regular communication is required, so PM me when you send and when you receive
- you can craft for more than one person if you want, just PM me who you'd like to craft for and I'll send you their address!


When one of your items is picked, you must cross it out on your list and thank the person sending the item to you.

Example:
Person B wants to have their list posted so they PM the organizer with their questionnaire answers, and what they want to craft from Person A’s list.  The organizer will then PM person B, give them person A’s address, then they can then post their list.

Person C wants to have a list up, so they choose from A OR B, PM the organizer their answers, the name of the person they want to craft for, and what they’re going to craft.   Then they wait until the organizer approves them and sends them the address of whom they have picked.  Then they can post their list.

Say person A has been chosen 3 times. For them to be picked more, they have to pick one more person to craft for. 
The organizer (me) will let you know when you need to pick someone else if you want to receive more items.

About Me!

I'm Ariel, I live just outside of Milwaukee, Wisc. and I'll be SIXTEEN! on friday, im starting a new school this week, as i moved a few months back and transfered to the school in my new town, I'll be a junior this year, taking a lot of math based classes, but I love English and Science, I'm okay with Social Studies classes, but just not so into it.  my home has smoke and dog potential, but i try to keep my craft stuff away from both, and fabreze most everything before it gets sent out.  I'm a knitter, sewer, crocheter and new spinner ((got a wheel from ren fair for my birthday...SO much better than a car!)) I'm deffinitly into music, right now I'm on a super Ska kick, listening to a lot of Less than Jake and Tsunami Bomb, and my uncle made me copies of Madness albums, WHICH ROCK! theyre SOOO awesome. Favorite colors are black, red and royal purple, but i also love oceany colors and sunrise colors ((when theyre all together theyre gorgeous))

-*BIG WISH* Acid OR Fiber Reactive dyes, either or, ive got a bunch of white superwash wool//nylon blend spinning fiber just calling my name

-spinning fibers--handdyed, hand blended, what have you, i especially like the stuff with a little glitz in it, its so pretty!

-a big needle holder//case//thinger, ive been helping my grandma out a lot this summer, shes got really bad arthritis and cant do all the crafty stuff she use to, so she gave me ALL of her old knitting needles, that shes found so far, about 25-30 sets of them, shes still looking for the set of interchangeable circs, but right now theyre in a big mailing tube, not so attractive, not so easy to store either, if you could come up with an awesome way to store an organize them, the other people in my house would probably love you more than i would!

-two skeins of Dale Of Norway : Hauk, in black and white((on of each)) for the we call them pirates hat

-cool book covers, not the icky stretchy kind, the sewn kind with velcro or buttons or something to hold them on, i have to share a locker at my new school, and i want to  be able to tell me textbooks apart from my locker persons, we have a few of the same classes((just one or two is fine, im attempting to figure out how to make these as it is))

-random extra circular needles, smaller sizes preferably...1-9, bigger than that i rarely use, does not need to be a specific length  claimed in another swap

-patterns for lace work, small stuff, big stuff, shawls, whatever, im totally getting on a lace kick!Thanks MissKnitty!

-lace weight yarn, handdyed would be awesome, but doesnt need to be.

I am a SAHM mom of 2. And I live in WA State.  I have a 3 year old girl named Ianna and a 8 month old boy named Griffin. My favorite colors are purple, blue, green, red. Hi Folks,

This is a relist from July. I couldn't participate last month because I was in the process of moving to Ann Arbor from Los Angeles, which was quite an adventure with two cats in the car.

About me: I am married and have no human kids but four felines. I like to spin and knit.  One of main interests right now is incorporating recycled materials into my crafting.

Let's see...I like purple and blue - no pastels or earth tones. I really only like functional items - nothing purely decorative or knick-knacky. I pretty much like all animals, particularly in the Japanese "kawaii" aesthetic. My favorites are penguins, pandas, sheep...anything really. Nothing too cutesy or folksy (kittens, ducks in bonnets, etc.) I also like vegetable themes, like artichokes and eggplants.

This is my first swap. Exciting!
Hmm, let's see now... I'll have to ponder a little about the items themselves (which will probably be knitting related), but here's the delio on colors and interests, at least.

Obviously, my fav pasttime is now knitting. I also love Harry Potter, watching tv (Law & Orders, Monk, Psych, Project Runway, CSIs, etc.), wine, mojitos, good chocolate (think Godiva quality, since I can't get Norwegian Freia chocolates in US stores), and so forth. I love dresses and Lucky/Guess brand jewlery (to give an idea about style), but mostly only wear either necklaces or rings. I'm very eclectic in my tastes (i.e. anything from oriental to old victorian). Aaand I'm a single mom to a 5 yo boy (who also loves HP and legos), so I'm constantly trying to organize our place here (it gets messy fast!).

I like most colors, and these are the ones I'm currently obsessing about in my knitting: burgundy/cranberry reds, dark purples (could be both red and blue purples, but I tend to lean towards the reds), teals, olives, darker blues, yellows, darker browns, (tweeds).

Yarns - I love softness (regardless of fiber, but I prefer natural fibers)! I've done most of my knitting in worsted/dk weight yarns, but some bulky as well. Undyed.

Dye - The brand they have on knitpicks, I forget the name at the moment (darker colors; reds, blues, greens, purples)

Yarn ball winder - I've thought about getting one, but haven't splurged yet (used works perfectly for me as long as it functions!)

Beads for worsted weight yarn? I have never tried knitting with beads, but sometime's gotta be the first, right? (Changed mind/got my own)

Beaded necklaces you know, the 'fashion jewlery' kind?


Anything that will be helpful in learning how to design my own knits (as simple as possible).

Knitting bags/organizers/circular needle cases - I really like the look of the lanter moon bags/cases, but I also like the look of the two stix and lexie barnes bags/cases. I really need the needle cases the most and pretty much all my needles are circs.
