About me
I’m 38, I’m an art teacher, and I live in the UK with my BF, 2 cats and a german shepherd dog. I’m basically a hippy-gothy chick, my favourite colours are purple, black, turquoise and emerald green, although any strong colours are also cool especially rainbows (I don’t like pastels and I can’t wear yellows, or yellow based browns or oranges as they really don’t suit me!) I love batiks, appliqués, Indian fabrics and tie dyes. I love tactile things, and things that are practical rather than decorative. Favourite themes are cats, dragons, peacocks, nature, trees, stars, Ohms, lotus’, tribal style designs, anything Celtic, Art-Nouveau or Zetti, sci-fi and fantasy books and films.

Sewing

* I love unusual but smart clothes that fit my shape, generally i'm a size 10-12 but i've got hips and big boobs, so those often need taking into account! But would love adjustable bodice tops.

* I would love rahrah style mini skirts or tutus to wear with coloured/patterned tights or fishnets in the winter.

* I need more pairs of jeans or trousers! Low rise size UK 12 length 34.

* I can really do with a good funky work bag that'll hold A4 folders, would rather they not be rucksack style! I love all sorts of fabrics and styles, i love pin up stuff, nature themed, retro stuff, pretty much anything that isnt too 'skully' or dark, but my thing really.

* I would love a stenciled hoodie! <3

* A knitted Kitty hat/beanie!  I've seen them around and i'd love one! So so so love one!!

* I would seriously go mental if someone sent me a bunch of homemade soaps, shampoo bars, facials, lipbalms, etc. I really am eagar for homemade health and beauty bits!!

I'm new to crafting and a bit limited at the moment, but i would love some starter bits of the following, in any quantities!

* I'd love love love to learn to knit, and also crochet!  I haven't got ANY pieces for this, needles, yarn, completely new, wouldn't know where to start.

* Scrapbook and papercraft pieces, theres some projects i'd really really like to have a go at and theres very little in the way of materials here to buy.

* I am about to be utterly exhausted to a level i cannot describe, my only vent being crafting. I would LOVE a relaxation box. Something that has bits i can use to relax, eat to relax, just make me smile, smellie things, bathy things, absolutely anything. i'm just not very good at relaxing, and i need it, so a nice surprise box would be loverly.

* This might sound a bit cheeky, but a 'couples bedroom fun box' would be appreciated  I'd like to see what turns up in one of those! Someone could get rather inventive!

* A crafty surprise, a kit or something that i could have a go at. Or general supplies!

* Hair pieces of various types, i have long brown hair which i like to do things with but i have no fancy bits! Make Whileywoo fancy hair things!

This is my 1st claim.

I'm in Alberta, Canada.  Here's my very short list (if no one can claim from it, I will try and add more)

1.  I want to make my youngest son a quilt and so I'm starting to collect GREEN cotton fabric - please nothing too girly and it can be any color GREEN except for mint - at least a FQ/piece, please.

2.  Each season I decorate my house in a different theme and my Spring collection is in desperate need of more items.  For spring I have tulips so if you want to draw, paint, cross stitch or embroider me a picture or other hanging item featuring tulips I'd be so thankful.

3.  My summer theme is lacking some also and could use a few items.  For summer I have flowers (antyhing but tulips and sunflowers) and little boys (doing fun summer activities) - so if you paint, draw, cross stitch or embroider and want to make something in these themes, that would be great!
