A good friend of mine had her baby shower this past weekend so I had to pump out some baby gifts STAT!

first I made this cute baby bowler onesie, my first time actually embroidering something for a gift (I hope that the stitching stays *crosses fingers*)

second I made a star baby blanket( hidden under the blocks) and some star wars princess Leia cloth cubes, some had easter eggs with pellets rattle rattle. I am a terrible sewer and my roomies sewing machine broke a needle before I could start the next three. so one is fabric tacked, one is hand sewn, another is half and half (machine and hand sewn) and one is completely machine sewn. I made these all off the top of my head and I had a terrible time stuffing them then sewing the last seam together. any better ideas on how to make these darnable things???!!! tips welcome! they are just so cute and everyone i know is having babies so I know i will have to roll out a few more dozen of these suckers

(oh i just noticed my cats xombie penguin toy is in the background) hee hee

and lastly I made this for the mummy to be. she is a huge lebowski fan and lost some of her favorite memoribillia in the cedar rapids floods so this was my replacement for those items.
a little achiever felt book (with many flaws as I made this literally hours before the party and my daughters decided to shut it before it had completely dried) OPPS. but she loved it anyways so whats a few flaws right!

the book could have been better but considering i had five hours to make it and deal with a sick kid I am pretty proud of myself hahaha

but next time inspirado hits Iam going to take more time and give them a IOU kinda thing.

thanks for looking!
