This cake was amazing because it was both beautiful and delicious.
The cake consisted of a layer of brownie (I always use the Good Eats brownie recipe), a layer of chocolate mousse (another Good Eats recipe), a layer of brownie again and a layer of raspberry mousse. The whole cake was then frosted in chocolate ganache. It was decorated with raspberry mousse and chocolate.
I wish I could eat this cake again.
